The Smithfield City Council seems to have a fairly routine meeting scheduled for Wednesday evening. They plan to consider: setting the fee schedule for 2012, adopting 2012 city council meeting rules of conduct, signing an agreement over the northern canal, approving Smithfield Implement’s request to put signs on the grass in front of the store. They are also planning to appoint planning commission members and they will have a discussion with Steve Krebs from Queststar Gas Company.
