  4. 7:20 p.m. Jared Gillman, agent for A & D Landscaping, is requesting approval of a Commercial Conditional Use permit to allow a Commercial landscaping business and contractors yard located at approximately 521 South Main. Zoned M-1

  7. 7:35 p.m. Neighborhood Nonprofit Housing Corporation has requested approval of Phase 2 (22 Lots) of the Final Plat for Park Place Subdivision located approximately 600 West 250 North. Zoned R-1-12
  8. 7:40 p.m. The Commission will continue discussion of Ordinance #10-04 which amends the Zoning Ordinance, Title 17, in particular Chapter 17.88 “Planned Unit Developments”.
