Consideration of a request from Ryan Rogers agent for North Ridge Enterprises, for approval of Phase 2 (12 Lots) of the Final Plat for Stone Haven Planned Unit Development, located at approximately 620 South and 100 East. Zoned RM (PUD) (Combined Multiple Family Residential/Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone)
  4. Travis Taylor, agent for Westates Companies, has requested approval to add the Street name “Oak Ridge Drive” (1075 East) to the Smithfield Ridges Final Plat, Phase
  5. Juniper Ridge Drive (340 South) Elk Ridge Drive (420 South) are represented on the Final Plat for Phase1. Zoned R-1-12
  6. Discussion with Nick Hidalgo concerning reimbursement for schooling
