The Smithfield City Council will meet Wednesday evening to discuss the 2011-2012 budget for Enterprise Funds — sewer, water, storm water, golf course. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at city hall. It is open to the public.
