A property rezone at 750 W 100 N from 2-acre to 1-acre residential agricultural; a public hearing for annexing over 160 acres near Hillside Drive and Birch Canyon; the final plat for phase five of the Smithfield Ridges PUD; and the final plat for Monte Vista subdivision at 600 S 100 W are a few of the items to be considered by the Smithfield City Council this Wednesday evening. UPDATE: Rezone request removed from agenda.

The council will also be discussing the cost for the “Library Design Work”. The meeting begins at 6 PM on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at the Smithfield City Hall (96 S Main, Smithfield, Utah). The annexation public hearing will start no earlier than 6:30 PM.
