The Cache County School Board is planning to finalize the boundaries of Greenville, North Park, Summit, Sunrise and the new Smithfield elementary school tonight. According to posted agenda the board will meet at 4:30 p.m. in a study session to discuss the school boundaries. Then at 5:30 p.m. during their regular meeting it is expected they will act on the boundary changes.

Other items on the agenda for the board to consider:

• Recognition of teachers of the year, gold medal school award and Nucor Steel grant recipients
• Request to participate in USOE’s Rate to the Top grant project
• Mountain Crest LaCross team presentation
• Budget status report
• Utah consolidated application

The regular meeting will be held Thursday, Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at 2035 N 1200 E, North Logan, Utah. It is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend.
