Thursday evening the Cache County School Board will honor seven teachers with School Teacher of the Year awards. Kellie Garcia and Jim Payant will also be recognized for their contributions to special education. The school board is scheduled to consider: the 2011-12 calendar, a grant presentation, common core standards presentation. The board meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at the district technology center (2035 N 1200) on Thursday, November 18, 2010.
